Kishana Munroe-Frazer is a highly organized and dynamic professional with over 10 years of experience in communications, information management, and client relations. With a strong academic foundation, holding both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Studies from the University of the West Indies, she brings a unique blend of research, data management, and communication expertise to her role.
Kishana has a proven record of success in information services, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement. At the Office of Utilities Regulation in Jamaica, she managed information systems, developed outreach programs, and coordinated major projects such as national library exhibits, annual reports, and ICT awareness initiatives. Her experience also extends to customer service, billing coordination, and team leadership, giving her a well-rounded perspective in managing both internal and external communications.
Equipped with certifications in Event Planning, Project Management, Records & Information Management, and Supervisory Management, Kishana combines technical proficiency with excellent interpersonal skills.
